Data Boost

Support

Email service@databoost.app. We answer everything that arrives.

If your eSIM has no connection

Check that data roaming is switched on for the Data Boost eSIM. On iPhone that is Settings, then Cellular, then the Data Boost line. On Android it is Settings, then Connections, then SIM manager. It is off by default and the plan cannot connect without it.

If roaming is already on, check the Data Boost eSIM is selected for mobile data rather than your usual line.

If your remaining data looks wrong

Networks report usage back to us in batches, often a few hours behind. The figure in the app can lag what you have actually used, and catches up on its own.

Getting a faster answer

Include your order reference or the eSIM's ICCID, both shown in the app under My eSIMs. With either of those we can look at your account directly instead of writing back to ask.

Refunds

If an eSIM has not been installed and used, write to us and we will refund it. Once a plan has connected to a network we generally cannot, because our supplier has already charged us for the data. If something went wrong, tell us what happened — we would rather look at it properly than point at a policy.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app, under Account. It is permanent: your eSIMs stop working and auto-renew is switched off. We keep a record of past orders without your name or contact details, because UK law requires us to retain financial records.
